(i) submit a completed application to Chase between January 1, 2025 and March 31, 2025;
(ii) enter into a merchant agreement for the purchase of all of their credit and debit card processing services from Chase; and
(iii) process a minimum of $20,000, $60,000 or $240,000 with Chase by June 30, 2025 for an offer of $200, $500 or $1000 respectively.
The Offer is not available to:
(i) merchants who have an existing payment processing agreement with Chase;
(ii) merchants who otherwise qualify for promotional, preferred, group or other special or discounted pricing from Chase;
(iii) merchants who have been referred to Chase through a referral partner program; and
(iv) merchants whose Chase Payment SolutionsSM account is closed, restricted or inactive (no longer processing in the month of July 2025) at the time of payout.
Chase reserves the right to determine which merchants are eligible to receive the Offer and is under no obligation to deem a merchant eligible. The Offer will be in the form of a statement credit in July 2025 and will only be applied to one merchant account for merchants who have met all qualifying criteria. Businesses who wish to obtain payment processing services from Chase Payment SolutionsSM must submit an application. All applications are subject to Chase’s standard approval policies and procedures, including, without limitation, credit approval and entering into a merchant agreement with Chase Payment Solutions. This Offer is subject to withdrawal or change at any time, without notice. This Offer cannot be combined with other Chase offers.
