Important Update on Tax Exemption
As part of the recent Canadian Federal Government announcement, certain industries will benefit from a temporary GST/HST tax exemption from December 14, 2024 through February 15, 2025.
To comply with this mandate, users will need to disable and re-enable tax processing using the instructions for the following solutions:
- Chase POS Terminal
- Chase Mobile Checkout-PLUS (CMC+)
- Chase Countertop Terminal (DX4000)
- Chase Wireless Terminal (DX8000)
