Move/5000: Manual settlement
Your device is most likely set up for automated settlement, but you have the option to close out manually. Learn how to complete a manual settlement.
Manual settlement
- From the Home Screen with the Chase logo, press the green [Enter] key to access the Main Menu.
- From the Main Menu, swipe left 2x then press the Settlement icon.
- Terminal will display the “Close Batch and Deposit Funds?” prompt. Press [1-YES] to settle the batch.
- Press [1-Accept] to confirm and settle the batch.
- Press [1-Yes] to print the batch report once the settlement completes or press [2-No] to bypass the printing report.
