Chase Wireless Terminal™: EMV download

 

Your device may encounter issues with processing chip or contactless transactions due to outdated security keys. Learn how to download the most recent security keys to process chip and contactless transactions.

 

 

EMV download

  1. From the Main Menu, click the three lines on the top left corner of the screen to access the MENU option.

  2. From the MENU option, select “Test Transaction”.

  3. The terminal will connect to host and download EMV keys.

  4. Once successful, the terminal is ready to transact. Press “Continue” to go back to the Main Menu.
