Move/5000: Base not found
Register and pair the terminal to the base. Learn how to troubleshoot a “Base not found” error.
Base not found
- Ensure that the terminal is within range and is off the base.
- From the Home Screen with the Chase logo, press # key to access the ADMIN MENU or tap on the ADMIN option.
- Select [3] for Setup Menu.
- Select [2] for Communications.
- Select [5] for Bluetooth®.
- Select [5] for Remove All Bases.
- The terminal confirms if the bases are removed.
- Once the terminal returns to Bluetooth Menu, press [1] for New Base.
- The terminal will prompt to dock the terminal on the base.
- The terminal will display, “Base Association OK", once the base is successfully connected.
- The terminal can then be lifted off the base.
