Obtain a temporary password from our IVR to set up your Manager or Supervisor password.

Dial 1-800-265-5158 and select Option 3. You will be asked to enter the last 4 digits of your deposit account number.

Verify financial transactions

  • Check transactions, batches and funding details. Select option 2.

 

Manage security passwords for your POS device

  • Request a temporary password to set up or reset your manager password for your POS device. Select option 3, then 1. Setup instructions can also be sent to your email on file.

 

Get technical help with your device

  • Get technical support for your POS device when you need it. Select option 3.

 

Get the reporting you need for your account

  • Request monthly statements through our user-friendly system. Select option 4, then 1.

For your security, call from the phone number on your account profile and have your merchant ID ready. Your merchant ID can be found on your Chase statement, merchant copy of your receipt, or your Welcome Kit.
