Chase Wireless Terminal™: Adjust screen and power-saver timeout
Learn how to configure the screensaver and sleep mode timeout settings on your payment device; these settings can help to conserve the terminal’s battery life.
Adjust screen and power-saver timeout
- From the Main Menu, click the three lines on the top left corner of the screen to access the MENU option.
- From the MENU option, swipe up and select “Settings”.
- Enter Username and Password, then press “Confirm”.
- Select “System”.
- Select “Generic screens timeout”.
- Adjust the Generic screens timeout and press “Confirm”.
- Swipe up and press “Power save timeout”.
- Adjust the Power save timeout and press “Confirm”.
NOTE: Enter number expressed in seconds.
