Chase Wireless Terminal™: Adjust screen and power-saver timeout

 

Learn how to configure the screensaver and sleep mode timeout settings on your payment device; these settings can help to conserve the terminal’s battery life.

 

 

Adjust screen and power-saver timeout

  1. From the Main Menu, click the three lines on the top left corner of the screen to access the MENU option.

  2. From the MENU option, swipe up and select “Settings”.

  3. Enter Username and Password, then press “Confirm”.

  4. Select “System”.

  5. Select “Generic screens timeout”.

  6. Adjust the Generic screens timeout and press “Confirm”.

  7. Swipe up and press “Power save timeout”.

  8. Adjust the Power save timeout and press “Confirm”.

NOTE: Enter number expressed in seconds.
