Learn how to unlock locked-out users.
Password locked
- From the Home Screen with the Chase logo, press the [#] key to access the ADMIN MENU or tap the ADMIN icon.
 
 
- Select [6] for Security.
 
 
- Enter the Dynamic Password provided by Chase Payment Solutions’ Helpdesk, then press Enter on the screen.
 
 
- Select [1] for Supervisor/Manager.
 
 
- Select [3] for Unlock User.
 
 
- Select the username with the locked-out password.
 
 
- The terminal will prompt to confirm unlock. Select [1] for Yes.
 
 
- The terminal will confirm the user has been unlocked.
 
 
- The terminal will prompt to unlock another. If no other user needs to be unlocked, select [2] for No.
